We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 30-day guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at contact@thebadassway.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer order cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
As soon as your order is validated, it automatically goes into preparation.
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt to return any product that is unopened and sealed. Opened, used, or damaged products will not be accepted or refunded.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, as these items are made to your specifications, as well as bulk orders and gift cards.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@thebadassway.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for return.
Please allow up to 40 business days from the date we confirm your refund for processing. If you do not receive your refund after we have confirmed it has been successfully processed, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal or abusive use. We also do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive or is incorrect due to factors under your control (e.g., providing the wrong delivery address). Finally, we do not issue refunds for products purchased with a discount or promotion.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Packaging damage occurring during shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with the product in good condition, is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us at contact@thebadassway.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors and issues that may arise during shipping. If you encounter problems with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent activities, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information registered with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and immediately notify the customer.
